Phuket Infrastructure is an ongoing project
The infrastructure in Phuket is always growing with the main focus to handle all these people. In other places of the world, you see a region doing very well for a couple of years, but they can’t handle the infrastructure for the growing tourism. They collapse over the pressure and tourist stop going to those places. Phuket has a hands on mentality and invested from the beginning in better roads, more harbors and airports.

When you buy a property in Phuket, you want to be sure that the infrastructure stays up to date. It is magnificent to see that the roads are continuously getting extended. Thai government is giving a lot of money from tourism back to the island Phuket. In the near future they want to improve the following roads – projects:
- The road between Patong and Kathu: Patong tunnel.
- New shopping centra
- Electricity cables
- Chalong tunnel
